The Haryana Government has decided to rein in the fraudulent name of the group housing society. Under this, HUDA will now allot plot to Society by e-auction.
The falsification of fictitious organizations who grab plots for houses by making a group housing society in Haryana will be closed. The State Government has now decided to allot the plot through e-auction to group housing societies seeking plot in the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA).
The State Government has prepared new Group Housing Scheme (e-auction) for the allocation of group housing plots available in various urban estates (HUDA Sectors) of the state. Allocation of group housing plots in Ambala, Bahadurgarh, Dadri, Faridabad, Gurgaam, Hisar, Jagadhri, Jind, Kaithal, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Panchkula / Pinjore, Panipat, Palwal, Rewari, Rohtak, Sirsa and Sonipat is to be held.
Under this, the plot allotment will be done through e-auction in the future to the eligible registered co-operative group housing societies or Welfare Housing Organization. HUDA will start e-auction of group housing sites from June 15. Interested persons and organizations can register their co-operative group housing society or welfare housing organization by becoming registrars, cooperative societies or registrars, firms and societies to become eligible to participate in the e-auction scheme.
