No Proposal to Link AADHAAR with Property Purchase

There is no proposal to link property transaction with Aadhaar card at the moment.   This has been said in response to a question from the Central Government in Parliament. On 19 Dec (Tuesday), Minister of State for Urban Development, Hardeep Singh Puri told the Lok Sabha in a written reply that such advice has been given to the States and Union Territories on behalf of the Ministry of Rural Development, but there is no such proposal.   Earlier, Prime Minister Modi has often pointed to such a plan.

Residential Plot Scheme 2017 by ADA Agra

DDA Aawasiya Yojana-2017 Complete Details

DDA Aawasiya Yojana-2017 is aimed at providing affordable housing to general public by disposing of about 12000 flats of different categories and in different locations on free hold basis. About 10000 flats are of the Low Income Group. Most of the flats have been constructed following the Green Building Code norms to reduce the Carbon footprint. Applicants can visit the locality/flat, to ascertain its suitability, before applying under the Scheme.
