100% Exemption on Interest for EWS and LIG Homes

Jaipur: The housing society will now give 100% discount on the interest and penalties for the monthly installment of the housing allocated to the economically weaker (EWS) and the lower income group (LIG), the outstanding lease amount for one lump sum.


This decision was taken in the board meeting of the Board on Monday. According to Mandal Commissioner Dr. Kunj Bihari Gupta it was done as per the order of the Urban Development Department.

In this, the EWS and LIG class will be given 100 per cent exemption in the interest-penalty on depositing outstanding monthly installments and lease amount for one lump sum till December 31, 2017.

Land rate will not grow anymore


If the position of pricing policy is not clear, the Board does not decide to raise the ground rate at the moment. The developed land rate of all the residential schemes of the Mandal will remain constant for the year 2017-18 as the developed land rate of last year.
